Brandon was the past co-founder of MP2 Energy, an industry leading electricity and services platform company, sold to Shell Energy North America in 2017. Brandon is a serial entrepreneur in the energy industry and has been responsible for the creation of two energy services businesses and two commodity trading hedge funds. Brandon began his career as the former head of electricity trading at Credit Suisse and Sumitomo. He is the recipient of “Top 10 Energy Deal of the Year” by Energy Risk Magazine. He is regularly sought out by government officials, market participants, and consumers to discuss the energy marketplace. Brandon has a passion for building teams based upon continuous communication and transparent incentives, and is mechanically minded for creating measurable results and returns for his investors. In his spare time, Brandon has worked with hundreds of young professionals as a mentor, the next generation of great leaders, in over 20 countries around the world. Brandon designs and operates education internationally within the Young Presidents Organization, where he serves on a 16 person international committee, responsible for 22,000 members. To balance his commitments and travel, Brandon competes around the world in Ironman events. Brandon lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with his wife Lauren, two sons, and a daughter.
For almost two decades, Kevin focused on bringing leading-edge physical modeling, diagnostic, and risk management technologies and services to the upstream oil and gas industry. Working directly with private equity and other investors, he led multi-disciplinary teams to systematically move good ideas from inspiration to business value and monetization. Accordingly, Kevin consistently developed new revenue streams and profit centers for the start-up companies he’s engaged with over the course of his career. His experience includes the acquisition and divestiture of intellectual property and measurement of associated returns. Kevin’s moves into the energy commodity space with a view toward market-changing technologies and business models.
Most recently, Kevin was the Vice President of Sales and Technology Solutions at Sigma Cubed, Inc., an upstream technology company focused on business optimization for shale play operators. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Earth Decision Sciences and Paradigm. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Trinity University and a Master of Science in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado in Denver. Kevin lives in The Woodlands, TX, with his wife, two sons, and a daughter.
T.J. is an expert in valuing natural gas and power transactions at a customer and business book level in the retail and wholesale energy segments. He lead development, system integration and operation of pricing teams and ground breaking systems infrastructure for successful retail energy businesses including Constellation and Direct Energy. Wholesale experience with Chevron and Dynegy provided transactional exposure to most US gas and power markets. Gas utility, power utility and interstate pipeline experience supplement his knowledge breadth that stretches the entire energy supply and distribution chain. This knowledge base has made him an asset to senior management teams on the areas of profitability, valuation, pricing, risk management and system integration in gas and power.
Key valuation and due diligence roles in multiple successful M&A projects including asset purchase, customer and company acquisitions and/or divestitures at each of the prior companies as well as post-deal integration experience provides skills that benefit the growing retail energy C-Suite. Retail value-added product and service development and marketing supplement the commodity and analytics expertise.
T.J. lives in Kingwood, Texas, with his wife Ellen and three daughters.
Over the past two decades, Geoff has held leadership roles at the forefront of retail energy deregulation. Beginning in 2000, Geoff helped launch The New Power Company, one of the first national residential retail energy providers.
Geoff’s passion for developing people and desire to see the promise of energy deregulation fulfilled led him to take on a variety of challenging roles during a subsequent successful twelve year stretch at Direct Energy. During that time, Geoff led teams and organizations that consistently delivered sustained periods of organic and inorganic growth and profitability across Direct’s residential and non-residential retail energy businesses. Most recently, Geoff was the President and CEO of Agera Energy, a large C&I retail energy business with an operating footprint from coast to coast.
Geoff’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University, a Juris Doctor from Capital University and a Masters in Financial Economics from Ohio University.
He is an avid cyclist and has been a multi-year Club 300 fundraiser in support of the Houston MS150. Geoff lives in Katy, TX, with his wife Missie and their three children.
Anne is the Controller for Teleios Commodites and brings a diverse background of experience to Teleios Commodities which includes financial governance, strategic planning, law, and project management.
Anne prides herself on having an exceptional understanding of the core business and client relationships surrounding Teleios Commodities and the unique ability of anticipating and fulfilling needs far in advance.
Essential to the success of Teleios Commodities is the need to develop a strong corporate culture. As Controller, Anne is extremely instrumental in developing the company corporate culture and building strong strategic business partnerships between Teleios, its parent company, and the vertical companies that make up the Ara Partners Group.

As Senior Director of Market and Risk, Kevin brings over 20 years of practical experience in the fields of institutional options market making, financial risk management, and asset valuation. These skills are used pragmatically to quantify and manage enterprise-level derivative portfolios and asset valuation. Kevin leads the strategy and development of Teleios Commodities Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM) system, focusing on systematic delivery of position and valuation information for energy suppliers.
Prior to joining Teleios, Kevin most recently led risk management and traded gas for the Noble group in New York. He held risk management and trader roles and companies including Citigroup, Koch, and Duke Energy. His expertise managing commodity risk in wholesale and retail markets has proven to be a valuable asset for Teleios.
Kevin lives in Houston, TX with his wife, where they enjoy watching live music.
With over 20 years of experience across the domestic energy space, Eric is an expert in analyzing markets and trading opportunities, optimizing speculative and hedging portfolios, managing risk, and building and leading teams to aggressively achieve positive results.
Prior to joining Teleios as Head of Trading, his career included working in senior roles for utilities, wholesale and retail power merchants, as well as founding and managing two energy hedge funds. Additionally, he spent seven years with Kottke Associates trading electricity and natural gas on the NYMEX, managing his own capital and becoming the highest paid-out trader in the firm’s history.
Throughout his career, a focus on integrity and success has helped him develop numerous high-level relationships across the industry. Eric has a passion for teamwork and working in a culture and environment that communicates effectively, works well under pressure, and strives to outperform internal and external objectives.
Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance, with Honors, from the University of Maryland. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering and fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, advocating for Autism research, playing and coaching soccer, and serving as a team manager for our local youth ice hockey team, the Houston Wild. He lives in The Woodlands, Texas, with his wife Sarah and three children.
A proven leader at the intersection of the energy sector and technology, Cliff brings his analytical expertise to perform sophisticated financial analysis and reporting. Throughout his career, Cliff has demonstrated an ability to initiate and manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments.
Prior to Teleios, Cliff’s career progressed at Constellation Energy where he most notably specialized in creating lean systems and financial modeling. Cliff’s management of internal and external data, the expectations of senior leadership and customers helped him become extremely knowledgeable in creating value in the energy space.
Cliff is a former starting guard for the Rice Owls Basketball team and continued his progress into the professional arena internationally. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Sociology from Rice University and a Master’s in Maritime Administration and Logistics from Texas A&M University. Cliff resides in Houston, TX with his wife Noelle, corporate banker and acclaimed figure skater.
As Director for the Audit and Analytics team at Teleios, Ken plays a key leadership role in the development of pricing, risk management, and valuation systems for deregulated energy markets. His combination of expertise across all aspects of energy pricing and software engineering horsepower play a vital role in building Teleios Retail Solutions systems to meet and exceed client operational requirements. Ken also enjoys his role training junior team members on both energy market nuances and development operations.
Prior to joining Teleios, Ken held senior roles building and using scheduling systems, analytical models, and Energy Trading Risk Management systems. As Director of Power Supply at both North American Power and Crius, Ken managed load forecasting, scheduling, and full portfolio management processes. Ken’s remarkable work ethic was honed during his service as a United States Marine.
Ken earned a both Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Financial Risk Management from the University of Connecticut. He lives in the Woodlands, TX, and enjoys backpacking and hiking in his free time.

He has been called upon to lead analytics for the likes of TXU, Hunt Oil, ICAP Global, Credit Suisse, BP Capital, and a multitude of family offices, private equity, and investment banks. Mike’s experience in leading, managing, and mentoring energy fundamentals, analytical, quantitative, and research teams makes him uniquely qualified to provide strategic guidance, revenue growth strategies, and leadership development insights to c suite executives and shareholders.
Kendyl is an Associate at Teleios Commodities with a strong background in programming, applied mathematics and analytics. With a passion for commodity markets and experience working within large trading groups and utility companies, Kendyl applies her unique skill set to our front office service and execution business.
Formerly, she operated within the Quantitative Analytics group at Spark Energy, a company with prestigious growth and acquisition milestones. Kendyl graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Mathematics with an Option in Mathematical Finance.
In her spare time, Kendyl enjoys spending time with her husband Jonathan and their two sons.
Ian is an important member of the Teleios Retail Solutions team, leveraging his experience with wholesale and retail power markets to develop and implement pricing, valuation and risk systems. Before joining Teleios, Ian worked on multiple trade floors as a commodity trading risk consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He valued C&I deals for EDF in all deregulated American markets.
Ian graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA Finance and Business Honors before completing his MSc in Operations Research at the University of Edinburgh. He wrote his dissertation on modeling uncertainty quantification at the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change.
In his free time, Ian stays active with CrossFit and rock climbing. He lives in The Heights and loves to travel.
Graham is a problem solver who believes hard work and curiosity lead to innovation. With a background in risk management, he has held several positions across the financial and commodity sectors.
Most recently Graham managed a retail electricity portfolio for Calpine, where he leveraged market-understanding and quantitative analysis to assess risk and deliver results. Accustomed to wearing many different hats at once, he has considerable experience in the areas of hedging, forecasting, financial modeling and data visualization. Portfolio management has provided Graham experience with valuation of customer-level data in order to create comprehensive risk systems.
Graham graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Physics and a concentration in finance. In addition to his studies Graham was a four-year starter on UT’s rugby team. Graham lives in Houston with his wife Alison.
Peter leads development of systems architecture at Teleios Commodities, a vital role ensuring Teleios software technology infrastructure reliably scales with the growing multi-billion-dollar books of business managed within it daily. He has over twenty years of practical design and delivery experience spanning all phases of system deployment. For over 15 years he worked for Zeta Associates, a technology company that solves the most complex national security communications and signal processing problems. After its acquisition in 2014 by Lockheed Martin, Peter co-founded Claimzen Inc helping to design and implement its cloud-based software SaaS product.
His passion for problem solving is grounded with a commitment to understanding and meeting operational needs. With a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Masters of Computer Science from Rice University he focuses on an engineering approach using cutting edge technology tools to deliver practical and cost effective solutions.
Peter is equally passionate about spending time with his kids, encouraging both their academic studies as well as their extracurricular activities which include lacrosse and golf. He enjoys travelling and is constantly trying to catch up on his backlog of audio books.
